If you’ve run a children’s home, held Responsible Individual responsibility, sat through an Ofsted inspection from the inside, or built your career in safeguarding and quality assurance, we want to hear from you. Solid Bond Consulting works with a small number of associate consultants who bring real frontline experience to the providers we support, delivering Regulation 44 visits, mock inspections, training and mentoring under the Solid Bond name.

Genuine residential, inspection, safeguarding or quality assurance experience
People who can write a clear, evidenced report and have a direct, constructive conversation
A shared view that this is skilled work, and that the people doing it deserve to be treated as skilled professionals
