Readiness audit, leadership identity, the Quality Standards, managing people, safeguarding leadership and external scrutiny.
STAGE 2
Ready to Register
Around two months · four sessions
Your SC2 application, Statement of Purpose, and two inspector-style mock fit person interviews with written feedback.
STAGE 3
Ready to Run
First twelve months · monthly
Mentoring anchored to real milestones: the first 90 days, your first Regulation 45 review, mock inspection, year-end review.
